Scope of Work:

3. Drywall and Interior Finish:
• Drywall installed on walls and ceiling, including soffits and niches.
• Taping, mudding, and sanding for smooth surfaces.4. Electrical and HVAC:
• Electrical wiring throughout with junction boxes and conduit.
• Mini split HVAC unit installed for efficient heating and cooling.5. Flooring and Painting:
• Durable vinyl plank flooring installed.
• All walls and ceilings painted bright white for a clean finish.6. Final Touches:

Drywall Installation and Finishing
We completed the full drywall installation and finishing for walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth, durable surface ready for painting.
Scope of Work:
Drywall Installation: Panels measured, cut, and fastened, including cutouts for outlets, fixtures, and vents.
- Taping (Level 1): All seams taped using joint compound.
- Filling (Level 2-3): Coats applied to joints and fasteners for coverage.
- Finishing (Level 4): Final skim coat for seamless, uniform surfaces.
- Sanding: All surfaces were carefully sanded to ensure a flawless, paint-ready finish.
- Site protection: Outlets and fixtures were covered with tape and plastic to maintain a clean environment and prevent overspray or dust.
This detailed process ensures a smooth result, prevents future cracking, and provides long-term durability—essential for any high-quality paint job.

Ceiling Renovation and Interior Wall Refinishing
